Local Singapore Orders

Your order will be delivered to you within 2 working days after the receipt of payment.
We will inform you of the date of delivery of our order via email.
Wines sold are not returnable or refundable.
Duties , GST and other forms of taxes (if any) are regulatory requirements that we have to comply with.
You may make payment with credit cards or via bank transfer as indicated in our email and or website when you confirm your purchase.
Our retail shop is located at 891 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 589638

Oversea Orders – Outside of Singapore

Oversea orders (ie. delivery outside of Singapore) has a minimum order due to additional insurance and shipping cost. We currently accept the following quantity for oversea orders: 60 bottles x 375ml, or 30 bottles x 750ml, or 15 bottles x 1500ml
There are no duties or taxes for overseas orders that are shipped from our bonded warehouse. However, please note that customers are responsible for local duties, taxes and customs clearance (if any).
You may make your own arrangements to collect the wines from our warehouse or we could provide you with a quote upon request.
Yes , insurance is included in the shipping charges which will be shown separately in the quotation.
