Tasting Notes : An understated, airy and elegant nose that is largely floral though there are nuances of sea shore and warm stone that merge into incredibly powerful, concentrated and strikingly complex flavors that culminate in a lilting, indeed almost delicate finish that seems to be extracted directly from liquid stone. This is a remarkable contrast of power and elegance and is a classic Blanchots with no lack of finishing finesse. Terrific.
