Jean-Paul Droin’s family has been making wine in Chablis for nearly four centuries. Today, he produces 14 different wines including seven Premier Crus and five Grand Crus. Jean-Paul’s winemaking experiments have noticeably altered the style that was previously produced at this domaine and the results have been remarkable.
