Chassagne Montrachet
Born into a family of winegrowers, Thierry Pillot, the son of Paul Pillot is the 4th generation to foster the family passion. Jean Baptiste Pillot, born in 1858 in Chassagne Montrachet cultivated a few vineyards, and after that his two sons, Henri and Alphonse took over the domaine and acquired more vines. Paul learnt important winemaking skills from his father at a young age, and went on to enlarge the domaine by buying prestigious parcels of Premier Cru vineyards in Chassagne Montrachet.
