- Tasting Notes
An elegant, ripe and exceptionally fresh nose reveals notes of spicy red cherry, pomegranate and soft floral nuances. There is both fine volume and richness to the suave medium-bodied flavors that deliver excellent length on the complex, balanced and utterly delicious finish. Good stuff that should drink well early.

This supple red offers a rich compote of black cherry, blackberry, violet and spice flavors. Bright, pure and harmonious, leaving an aftertaste of dark fruit and spice.

Bright red with ruby tones. Raspberry, pomegranate and strong stony minerality on the nose and palate. Creamy-sweet on entry, then intense in the middle, with a solid spine of acidity and mineral and menthol notes giving the wine a distinctly firm quality in the early going. No shortage of medicinal reserve here. Finishes with building, slightly rustic tannins that are a bit less elegant than those of the Vosne-Romanée Champs-Perdrix. Perrot-Minot’s vines are on shallow rocky soil. There’s just a single used barrel of this juice.
